RETURN POLICY

Easy Returns for all of our products.


We offer a 7-days FREE door-to-door exchange.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from www.havanclothing.com. If there are any signs of manufacturing defect on the item that you have purchased or if you find that the product does not fit you well, you may return the product within 7-days from receiving your parcel for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging and subject to availability.

Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for all products listed below.

*Sales/Promotional items are not eligible for return/refund or exchange. 

 

You can choose one of the following return options:

Exchange your item for a different size or a replacement for a wrong or defective item received or a full refund via store credit. 


Items you wish to return need to be sent to us 7 days from the date you received your parcel. We will accept online returns via mail only. No walk-in allowed.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed, must be in the original packaging in your package of the returned item(s) (Please be sure to not discard any packaging materials). Then approval for return must be obtained by sending the relevant photos to helpdeskhavan@gmail.com

Any Promotional Product cannot be Exchanged or Returned for a Full Refund.

Any product received as a Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.

Returns/exchanges may take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping times. While stocks last. *Exchange or item that is equivalent or lower in value only.

 

Important information

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)

Products showing damage (Torn / Stain/ Wrinkle) or Smell (Cigarette / Perfume)

Products showing excessive wear and tear.

Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.

Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the item has been washed.

Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.

Products that have been soiled or contaminated.

Products that are found to be non-in accordance to HAVAN CLOTHING's Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet are posted to our warehouse/premise shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.


International Orders

We do not offer any returns & exchanges for International orders. However, do let us know your feedback about our products and we'll see how we can help to resolve your issue.


Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.

Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “wrong size” or “defect upon receiving".

Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it.

HAVAN CLOTHING reserves the rights to not accept any return requests which do not meet our standard return policy.

In the event that the preferred size is out of stock, the customer may choose to exchange with another colour/size (depending on stock availability) or opt in for a return and refund via store credit.

Item(s) under clearance is not refundable nor exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.


Refund Process

Refunds are typically issued via store credit.

* For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 15 - 20 Business Days for us to get your package at the Return Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.


Please note:

HAVAN CLOTHING reserves the rights to compensate/alter/refund any Non-deliver item that failed to reach the customer within 60 days after the order is placed as deemed fit by HAVAN CLOTHING.

HAVAN CLOTHING reserves the rights to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if your original item has not reached our warehouse/premise, or did not get earlier approval to mail the item to the return address.

Return via Grab Express or any other express courier is not advisable as the warehouse is not open to public access and it is in an industrial area that requires security clearance.

Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a discount code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

Colors and measurements

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your electronic device, and we cannot guarantee that yours will accurately display such colors.   

An item's measurements stated on www.havanclothing.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may have a difference of 1 - 2 inches as they're all hand measured and depending on the material used in production.
