What is havan clothing?

We are a brand focused on empowering kid's creativity. We exist for people who value creativity & empowerment, quality workmanship, love simple designs, and above all, for those who know they shouldn't have to overpay for a great outfit.

How do you pronounce havan?

It’s easy: HEAVEN.

Why do we do what we do?

We can’t teach creativity; we can only nurture creativity. The only way to nurture creativity is to acknowledge and recognise it. It gives kids confidence and empowers them to do more, try more and explore mode. Who knows, these kids might be the next Steve Jobs, Picasso, Van Gogh, Wolverine or Tony Starks.

Where are you located?

We are located in Kuala Lumpur, the heart and soul of Malaysia.

Do you have retail stores?

No. Our model is direct-to-consumer. We offer high-quality products at a reasonable price by eliminating the middleman, minimizing shipping cost and retail expenses. We pass down the savings back to our customers. 



What forms of payment do you accept?

For now, we only accept payment (within Malaysia), credit cards and directly through Paypal.

Will I be charged additional custom fees or import taxes?

Most likely. Every country has different custom fees and tax regulation in dealing with importation of goods. Please visit Duty Calculator to estimate the cost upon your parcel arrives. We do not cover any import duties, tax and additional fees. 

How fast are orders processed?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Then it is subject to the transit period by each county.

How long does shipping take?

For local deliveries, standard delivery takes 1-3 business days. International delivery ranges from 4-14 working days, depending on which country. Please add your order and proceed to checkout and there will be an indication of the estimated transit period of your country.

International orders are subject to the country's custom clearance processes.


Thank you for supporting Havan Clothing and for being part of our movement in empowering kid's creativity. We hate to see well-designed kid’s creative tees sink somewhere in the closet, not realising its purpose. Therefore, your satisfaction is our priority. So we have a 7-days no questions asked Return Policy.

Call us up or drop us an email and we will come and pick up the returns from your doorstep. No extra cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (new condition, unwashed, unaltered, unworn & packaging must not be discarded). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer any returns & exchange for sales items, socks, tote bags, face masks and International orders.

Sales/Promotional items are not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

Returning the package to us

  • The product must not be washed, used & packaging must not be discarded. 
  • To package it into the additional courier flyer given in the parcel. 
  • Should the package be returned in any condition other than new, Havan Clothing holds the rights to deny any refunds/exchange and the customer will have to bear any shipping/courier/freight charges for the said parcel to be returned to them. 


  • Size / Colour Exchange
  • In the event that the said size/variant is out of stock, the customer may opt in for a different product within the same value/lower or a full refund. Any amount difference/refund will be refunded via store credit. 


  • In the event that the customer received a defective product, a photo of the said defect will be required by Havan Clothing to identify said defect before the next course of action. Defects should be identified upon receiving the package and not after washing and/or wearing/using. Please ensure that you do not wash, use/wear and discard any packaging to be entitled for a refund/exchange. 


What size am I?

We attached a size chart with detailed product measurements that is included on each product page. Please contact us if you need more help on the sizing and fit, we love to help! If the fit doesn’t work out the first time, just remember, exchanges within Malaysia are always free.

Care instruction

These should be only washed with like-colours. We highly recommend turning them inside out and machine or hand washing with warm water. Each and every shirt of ours has a certain percentage of cotton, which means they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried.



Yes, we do accept corporate & bulk order requests. We do customisation as well and our limit is the sky.
